Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
The Loyalty Program is for returning customers and provides early-season installation, priority service, free storage, and a locked-in discounted rate for future seasons.
1. Enrollment & Deposit. Enrollment requires a $100 deposit. The deposit may be paid online, by check, or by cash at takedown. The deposit is applied to next season’s invoice and is not an extra fee.
2. Loyalty Discount & Rate Lock. Loyalty members receive a 10% discounted installation rate. The discount is based on the original base installation price from the first year of service. The discounted rate is locked in and does not compound or increase over time. Customers who do not enroll or who do not maintain Loyalty status may be subject to market rate price increases. Maintaining Loyalty status keeps your discounted, locked-in rate year over year. Any alternate promotion applies only if specifically listed on your invoice or confirmed in writing.
3. Early-Season Scheduling, Routing & Weather. Loyalty Program installations are scheduled earlier in the season beginning the final week of October and are clustered by town for efficient routing. Early scheduling helps reduce the risk of delays caused by inclement weather and helps ensure completion before peak demand periods. Specific dates and times are not guaranteed, but Loyalty members receive priority access to early installation windows. All services remain subject to weather conditions, access, and safety considerations.
4. Access to Your Property. Loyalty Program reinstalls are based on your previous season’s display. You do not need to be home for installation. By enrolling, you authorize us to reinstall the same layout unless changes are requested in advance.
5. Changes & Add-Ons. Additional roofline lighting is prorated based on linear feet at your plan’s rate. Columns, trees, and bushes are $25 per strand of lights. Driveway or pathway lighting is $4 per linear foot. Any changes or additions will adjust your total price and be added to your invoice.
6. Free Off-Season Storage. Off-season storage is included at no additional cost while you remain enrolled in the Loyalty Program.
7. Cancellation & Deposit Policy. Canceling before the next season’s installation may result in forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit is not transferable to another customer. Failure to maintain Loyalty status may result in loss of your discounted rate and a return to current market pricing.
8. Non-Transferable. Loyalty Program benefits apply only to the enrolled customer and serviced property and may not be transferred to another person.
9. Scope Changes. Changes to your home, rooflines, layout, or design may adjust pricing.
10. Program Modifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program. Changes will not affect deposits already applied to scheduled installations.
11. Agreement. By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
